'm a staunch advocate of prevention and management of many materials in need in the field of business. Now it is a challenge for me, writing a few lines on "Talent", and even more on its management.

We know that there are aptitude tests, studying our psychological profiles. Science, and above all (social) is very useful for progress in improving organizational performance.

Select the suitable candidate for a particular job, avoid future problems of adaptability and yield loss.

But what is talent? Is the mathematical intelligence, the emotional is the ability of persuasion communication, creative thinking, empathic behavior. The most successful is talking about "talent" that each of us can treasure.

There are currently a number of trends in humanistic psychology, which seek to improve personal development, free from dogmatic approaches, and whose basic and fundamental principles are: individual freedom of each human being and social justice. Fortunately, modern, advanced societies are proving successful these approaches to personal growth.

Returning to the "talent", I imagine that the proponents of artificial intelligence, they could get us doubt. It is true that the intelligence that is succeeding today, is that of READY, we can ensure that mediocrity is succeeding, the rascals, the strategist mimetic.

Where is the talent of many organizations dogmatic, authoritarian leadership which does not allow revealing the natural intelligence of a simple worker? Is heritage

talent, an intellectual elite, a few managers, about migrant workers? Is it part of the talent of a manager, corporate governance in securities?
Is the integrity, consistency, transparency, honesty, are necessary to effectively manage the business? I

sincerely believe that the current crisis of civic and ethical values \u200b\u200band increased both ready, greatly undermines the creation of a healthy organizational culture, that benefits everyone.
Many organizations lose competitiveness, the bad and disastrous management of a few talented.

Many workers, we can give lessons in empathy and democratic leadership, enriching their intelligent contributions, generating between all of a collaborative culture, commitment and excellence.

The idea of \u200b\u200borganizing the Day Troubleshooting (DSP) in the area comes from following observations:

1) The urgent and growing demand of our country's scientific and technology professionals, for without them Mexico is doomed to eternal underdevelopment.

2) The existence of various companies and industries in the region need to compete internationally. which spend millions to hire foreigners to solve their problems undermining the country's economy indirectly because of not having human resources knowledge and proven skills to solve problems.

3) The excellent results obtained young students from different educational institutions at national and international competitions (ie are on par with the best in the world) in solving problems in various fields and sciences (mathematics, chemistry, physics, computers, biology, etc..) during the past 10 years, the need to meet to work as a team and guide them to the problems of the region.

4) The lack of events or activities specifically devoted to the topic of "Troubleshooting" especially at the undergraduate level.

5) show young people the ways they can focus their problem solving skills and the need for knowledge companies to reduce costs of existing businesses by offering high value-added solutions.

The solution of both theoretical and real problems requires knowledge and reasoning abilities similar. However, a person skilled in problem solving "theory" is not necessarily prepared to face real problems. The ability to use knowledge and skills learned in an efficient way to propose solutions and alternatives to real world issues, requires experience and other skills and attitudes that are acquired only through practice. As teamwork, the ability to effectively communicate ideas, commitment, etc..

The main objective of the DSP is to bring young people, the solution of theoretical problems in the direction of the real problems making a mix between "Math Olympics" (which emphasizes reasoning and problem solving strategies) and the events of "Mathematical Modelling" held in various universities in the world (where students are organized in teams to propose solutions to real problems proposed by companies or industries.)
